This year's Affiliates Luncheon & Prizegiving will be held on Monday 8 June 2026 at Trinity House. It will be preceeded by our Annual Thanksgiving Service at St Olave's.This is the principal event of the year that allows us to show our support for our affiliated military units and all of the hard work that they do - everyone is encouraged to attend.

Our Principal Guest is Air Commodore Nick Huntley, Head of Operational Energy Authority and Support Futures.
Nick was commissioned into the Royal Air Force as a Logistics Officer in 1994, completing several specialist Air Movements tours in command, planning and staff officer roles. Promoted Squadron Leader his roles included Personal Staff Officer to the Director Supply Chain Support and Aide de Camp to Air Officer Wales, Officer Commanding No 45 Mobile Air Movements Squadron (1 AMW). As a Wing Commander he was selected for Advanced Command and Staff College before working in the Permanant Joint Headquarters. He assumed Command of No 1 Air Mobility Wing in 2015 before moving to MOD Main Building focusing on Capability Strategy.
On promotion to Group Captain he was the RAF’s Deputy Assistant Chief of Staff for Logistics Operations and Plans, before being selected to be Personal Staff Officer to the Chief of the Air Staff and subsequently the Commander of the RAF Support Force. After graduating from the Royal College of Defence Studies in 2024, he was promoted Air Commodore and appointed as the Head of Defence Operational Energy and Support Futures.
He has deployed on numerous operations in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Sierra Leone, Iraq and Afghanistan, working in both National and NATO roles.
A keen lifetime sportsman, he maintains an active interest in rugby and multisport. He lives in Torquay with his wife Beth and their dog Molly.

Tickets for the lunch cost £145 and you can book places for yourself and your guests below.
There is no need to book in for the Thanksgiving Service, but it would help with the organisation if you could indicate whether you are expecting to attend or not.
You should receive an automatic email confirmation for your booking. No Pour Memoires will be issued.

There will be a collection during the service
PROCESSIONS
The Company will process from Trinity House to St Olave's Church prior to the Thanksgiving Service, and process back afterwards. It is a sedate two minute walk for everyone who would like to participate, but if either you or your guests would prefer then please make your own way there and back.
