All Fuellers are invited to attend the  Maritime Leaders Forum, 1730 for 1800 Monday 29 June at Trinity House.

UK maritime resilience sits at the intersection of national security strategy, critical infrastructure protection, and whole-of-society resilience policy. We will discuss the central role of shipping in national resilience, with particular reference to the United Kingdom’s status as a maritime trading nation, dependent on secure and uninterrupted maritime transport. Commercial shipping is therefore not simply an economic enabler, but a strategic national asset embedded within defence, energy security, and critical infrastructure policy. How do we preserve that resilience?

The Maritime Leaders Forum is an opportunity to share best practice with industry leaders, as we work to energise the UK Maritime Sector. We plan for a wide-ranging discussion. Doors open at 1730, coffee, tea and soft drinks will be available. The panel will start the event at 1800 with a short presentation from each one on the key points as they see them. This is followed by an open session, where the panel are invited to comment on propositions, best practice, and questions from the floor. At the conclusion of the formal session at 1945, we move into a networking reception, finishing at 2100. This has proved a valuable opportunity to continue the discussion, make contacts, and promote collaboration in the industry.

The event will be at Trinity House, doors open at 1730 for 1800 start.  There is no charge for attending. Please use the complementary tab at registration.
