Common Hall - the Company's Annual General Meeting - will be held at 1700 on Wednesday 8 October 2025 at Drapers' Hall.  It will follow immediately after Installation Court.

The Agenda & Papers are available in the Livery Area - please note: you will need to log in to view them (otherwise you will be directed to the Join Us page).  If you would like to suggest anything else to be included then please email the Clerk.

You can use the form below to indicate your intention to attend or to nominate a proxy to vote on your behalf.

(It is assumed that members of Court attending Installation Court will also be present at Common Hall).

After Common Hall there will be a short pause before we hold the Ceremonial Court to admit new Freemen and enrobe new Liverymen, and then enrobe our new Master, Ashutosh Shastri, and his Wardens, Louise Thompson and Tom James.

Installation Dinner then follows for which a separate Calling Notice has been issued.
